Requirements

The client wanted to build an cab booking app which help customers to book a cab with one click and drivers will manage & grow their business in efficient manner. The system had to be completely user-friendly, taking no to a very little learning curve, seamless and flawless. It must have features for real-time GPS tracking, built in payment gateways, algorithms to reach all the nearby drivers and deduct the cost automatically when ride is over so, that it can build trust among customers, drivers and the owner by providing quality services.

Challenges

The primary challenge was the smooth integration of iOS, Android and other Web platforms for flawless user experience. Incorporating all the features like real-time GPS tracking of delivery, payment gateways, real-time push notifications, and various algorithms without eating up too many resources was our secondary challenge.
